My father owns a franchise hotel and he and my mother have managed it for a number of years. This past summer he renovated the entire hotel inside and out. Hotel furniture was the most costly to replace but my father decided that it was best to furnish the rooms with inviting surroundings so that people would come back. It has paid off since his repeat business has tripled in just a few short months. He is also getting a lot referral business from current customers, so his decision to spend a little more during the renovation definitely paid off.
