1. Terms of Service:
(a) The Photographer will record the Event on the Event Date in the tradition of documentary-style photography, on the Event Date. This contract is based on the Event including no more than the indicated number of models, for photos including Photographer’s signature candid photos, in one to two (1-2) locations. Client acknowledges that Photographer will not have the resources or equipment to photograph beyond the scope of this agreement without advanced notice, and any attempt to do so will compromise the quality of the work product.
(b) Event will be photographed using approximately five to ten (5-10) rolls of traditional film, in both black and white color. Any film used in excess of this estimate is not subject to additional charges. There are no additional charges should the time of the Event be delayed by no more than 2 hours, due to circumstances beyond Client’s control. Additional Event Date events or locations are not covered by this agreement and photography coverage of any such events will be subject to additional charges.
(c) Photographer and Client will determine a photo Itinerary, including the photo schedule for the Event Date and any “must-have” photos, to be determined prior to Event Date through consultation with Client in a meeting or telephone call.
(d) One to three (1-3) formats will be implemented in the exposure of the film, including, but not limited to 35 mm, 6×9 and panoramic depending on the scope of work.
(e) Services covered by this agreement include assistant fees, new york city pre-production, post-production, film purchase and processing.
(f) Any additional requests by Client are subject to additional charges.
(g) Barring unforeseen circumstances, all work product will be delivered to Client within four to six weeks following the Event Date.
