Cliff use to always make sure that he looked and felt fit. However, over the years he had wondered away from exercising and he has gotten far to out of shape. The New Me

About a year and a half ago I had the realization that if I didn’t make some changes in my life that I was headed for some real health problems.  I started out carefully, because it was all I could do at the time, with only a 10 minute walk each day.  In not too much time though I was able to build on that and now I walk over three miles a day!  I’ve lost quite a bit of weight doing this, but now I really need to start working on toning up so now I plan on incorporating lower ab exercises to get the new me looking as great as I feel.
