After I graduated college I had a lot of jobs, but none of them were any good.  For a while I sold time shares over the phone, but I never made the promised “six figure income” so that was that.  After that, I went to work for a country club in the golf course pro shop but even though we got discounted greens fees, I didn’t earn enough to get ahead.  While I was working as a bartender and looking for a good job, a friend of mine from school told me that with my construction management classes, I should study for my LEED energy auditor certification.  All the classes were online, and since my sister’s husband’s dad owned an energy auditing business, I figured this was a good way to break into something better.

I am going to Sell and Rent Back my home so that I can clear what I owe to my sister. She paid for my medical bills last year that totalled nearly £30K as I was very ill after suffering an accident. I would like to sell and then have the choice to rent it back over the long term until I get back on my feet and have sorted out my finances.
