Improving our communications capabilities became a significant issue recently when we rolled out a new sales program. To remain competitive, our response to our customers needs to be virtually instantaneous. At the same time, confidentiality is essential. In order to meet those needs, we did a little online research and found software the allowed us to schedule Crystal Reports and distribute them to our staff using secure servers. In addition, the software can schedule Crystal Reports to run at pre-scheduled times, which really works well for our staff operating is different time zones. We are looking at using even more of the various software options in the future as we learn more about the capabilities and how they can help our staff.
