i have been slacking
i have been really slacking on my ab training these days, i mean for real. i have not directly trained my abs in weeks. but the good thing is that when i am working out i am using big lifts and exercises that use my abs in every moment so they are not being totaly neglected. i am goig to target them more in up coming workouts though. i need to work on my diet too because of the lower abd fat that will not go the heck away. the best way for losing stomach fat is through dieting and exercise.
