in the end
eating the righht foods is the best way to lose fat the right way. add this to a good exercise program and you can not lose right. it may take alittle longer then it would if youstarved your self but in the end you are goign to feel and look much better. you will be toned and you will be strong. this is what it is all about. being skinny is nothing. i know. it takes me forever to gain any mass. and i lose it fast. i do have lower ab fat though. i am doing a really good 6 pack ab workout.
