In terms of body wrapping supplies like mud and such, there are plenty to choose from. Body clay does actually have some herbs in it, you donot have to use it with the herbal formula. Combining both works great,or you can use only one. I would recommend that you add some of theherbal liquid to the clay for best results. You could go with 1/2 gall ofthe seaweed mud and the herbal (as opposed to 32oz sea mud) along with the16oz herbal for an additional $12 so $137 shipped. Cpmbining both togetheris by far the best way to see serious inches lost, and better skin at the sametime.
