Great Effective Exercise

There is an effective exercise that you can do anywhere.  All you need are some chin up bars.  These bars are easy to install and are inexpensive.  Once you get them, start building your strength by doing chin ups and soon you will be able to hold yourself up on the bars for a long period of time.  Once you can do that, allow yourself to hang from the bar and bring your legs together up to one side of your body.  You will be bringing the towards your side and toning the muscles on the side of you tummy.  This will take inches off you waist.
