There are a lot of arguments whether a reform should be made to the current immigration policies. People continue to have separate opinions and sentiments over the issue but the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) believes the current policy should be improved to better balance the economic, social and environmental status of the country.

This is because immigration greatly affects educational, medical, and government budget of a country. In the US for example, a lot of illegal immigrants who are poor and unskilled undermine the educational, medical and social needs of Americans. In addition, as more immigrants move into the country, educational, medical, and government budget should also adjust to keep up.
