Speaking to Tenants
Before I officially decided to lease phoenix office space, I waned to speak other tenants in the building. My wife wasn’t so sure it was a good idea. I told her that is what I used to do before renting an apartment. I just want to be sure that I am making the right decision, leasing office space downtown. Later that day, I spoke to the building owner about getting some references from current tenants. He was surprised at first because he hardly ever gets that request. The building owner told me that he would send me phone number of a few tenants in the building.
