We made an offer on the spot
There was real estate land packages that really stood out in the local paper on the weekend so I immediately got on the phone to the agent to arrange a viewing time. As it happened she was going to be at the property that afternoon so we made a time to meet her. As soon as we walked in to the house we knew straight away that we wanted it. After a walkthrough of the place and a quick chat with the agent we put an offer in. They have come back with a counter offer so we are just in negotiations at the moment, fingers crossed it all goes ahead.
