How To Maintain Goals

When I first decided that I want to come up with a work out routine, my main goal was how to get a six pack fast.  I was able to get that faster than I thought I would so now the goal is to keep it.  How to maintain the goals I have set for myself has been easy with the help of a personal trainer.  They are there to make sure I am staying on task and keeping the muscle mass I have built up so far.  I would like to keep going and see how far I can push myself.
