A Delightful Journey
This year in honour of my husband’s retirement I decided to plan the holiday of a lifetime. Neither one of us had ever been to Africa and I was sure that he would be thrilled to start his retirement years with a fantastic journey throughout southern Africa. My husband is also a railroad enthusiast and collects train and rail memorabilia from around the world. I decided to surprise him by making reservations on the Rovos Cape Town journey. On this trip we will be able to journey across South Africa by rail and experience the beautiful and varied terrain. Along the way we will be able to see a variety of South Africa’s most memorable sites.
